Founder and lead carpenter, Carlos brings over 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial carpentry. Originally from Colombia and Spain, he has dedicated his career to perfecting his craft and building a reputation for precision, creativity, and quality. Carlos has an eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces building projects from the very first stages to the final touches always ensuring every finish reflects his commitment to excellence and lasting beauty.
Stiven Quintero
At CAA Carpentry, we’re proud to have team members like Stiven, who bring both passion and dedication to every project. Coming from a family rooted in construction, Stiven grew up surrounded by tools and building projects, inspired by his father who worked as a foreman. From a young age, he developed a hands-on attitude and a strong work ethic. His energy, commitment, and hands-on attitude make him an essential part of our team, always ready to go the extra mile to deliver quality craftsmanship.​
Edward (Ned) Gain
With carpentry running in the family, Ned learned the trade from his father and has carried that knowledge and passion throughout his career. Having managed large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects and worked across various areas of carpentry, he brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to the team. At CAA Carpentry, we value Ned’s leadership and deep understanding of the craft, which help us deliver exceptional results every time.
